Our Authorised HIP includes official local authority searches and full title documents for £395+VAT outside London and £495+VAT inside London for ALL freehold properties.

Our competitively priced Compliant HIP, containing personal local authority searches and minimal title documentation, is available for £345+VAT for ALL freehold properties.

For leasehold properties, there is an additional fee of £20+VAT.

We also offer standalone EPCs for only £75+VAT for up to 5 bedrooms, £120+VAT for larger.
