8th May - Government extends first day marketing

1st March - MDA acquires Richards Gray

As the Home Information Pack market starts to show signs of consolidation, MDA (the owner of SearchFlow) has announced that it is buying Richards Gray, a smaller competitor.

The acquisition still requires clearance from the Office of Fair Trading.
