Prices of HIPs are falling sharply as companies try to establish a foothold into a smaller market than had been expected.

However, it is clear that responsiveness, courtesy and efficiency are becoming more important than price, especially when properties will need a HIP before they can be marketed.

We offer a fixed price for all properties irrespective of size. 

For registered freehold properties, our Authorised HIPs are £395+VAT outside London and £495+VAT within the London boroughs. Our Compliant HIPs are £345+VAT. We charge an additional £20+VAT for leasehold properties.
