The market dictates that few estate agents absorb the cost of the HIP into their transaction and they expect their provider to organise payment.

|
We are prepared to start work on a HIP before receiving payment as we believe this is in both the sellers and agents interests. We provide the following payment options;
|

- Payment by credit / debit card over the telephone
- Payment on invoice from vendor
- Where required we will invoice the agent
