For registered freehold properties, our HIPs have just one price for any property, irrespective of size, location or number of titles. We charge a nominal fee for leasehold properties.

Two HIP Options
Our HIPs come with 2 printed copies but our signature folio is only available with the authorised product.

Authorised - our standard offering with authorised local authority searches and ALL the title documentation and 2 CDROMs.

Compliant - a low-cost option providing legal compliance but using personal searches and minimal title documentation.

EPC Provision
