REQUIREMENTS

Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to have the entire HIP complete before you may market your property; only three documents are required:

• Energy Performance Certificate
• Property Information Questionnaire
• Evidence of title

Typically, these take just a few days to obtain, after which your agent will be able to market your home.

The remaining documentation will be obtained over the following weeks and when complete will be made available to your buyer’s solicitor.
