Agents and clients rely on accurate information about the extent and ownership of the property they may be interested in either buying or selling. Land Registry hold all the details about a property, whether there are any charges on it and for more recent sales, the price paid.

Obtaining official copies of these documents without an account with Land Registry is awkward and time consuming and therefore we are delighted to provide our clients with our Title Request Service.

For only £20+VAT we will obtain the registered title document and plan for a registered property. For a copy of the lease, if registered at Land Registry, the cost is £30+VAT.
